At VOGUE Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not perfectly happy with your fashion pieces, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box with all designer tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
